    Our initial session is a clarity session. We develop a relatedness and understanding of how we will work best together so I can guide and support your wellbeing journey. Although it usually is once a week /fortnight for four sessions, 1 to 1 by phone or face to face we create together a unique plan of how this will look for you. I have had coaching sessions while walking, during lunch breaks, and via zoom.

    I have an holistic view of wellbeing/hauora. Often the presenting problem is not the real problem. I delve into the blind spots - what you don’t know you don’t know.” I’ll work closely with you to help you gain the INSIGHTS you need.

    I prefer to coach you to experience life with ease , joy and glory. It is not a one size fits all script. It is an inquiry which can have us having fun and laughter. Through conversations and specific personalised exercises we take you out of your overused left brain, to your right brain where you experience breakthroughs in a light and fun way.

What is life coaching?

I view coaching as guiding you through an inquiry into your life so you see why you are like you are. In all areas of your life. Usually it is about relationships - your relationship to others, to yourself, to money, to your business. We uncover/discover the unseen barriers to living life with ease, joy and glory.

how do i book in?

It all begins with the phone call to establish your interest and need and potential for coaching.

HOw many sessions are involved?

The first session is a clarity session where we develop a plan that best suits your needs. Usually there would be four weekly or fortnightly session booked. This is not always the case, as it is a personalised evolving journey .

What do the sessions look like?

Its a one to one session for about an hour. These can be face to face , or over an online platform. They can be sitting at a desk or walking the beach, or a mixture,  whatever we work out to suit us both. Its always a conversation, and often an activity to support this. There can be tasks to complete between sessions, again, this is a personalised service.
